    Many people consider microlearning compliance training to be a burden for an organization. However, that’s not the case. Even then, there are different challenges to overcome as you develop your compliance training courses. Let’s look at five such challenges that you’ll encounter as you deliver your compliance training programs.

    Frequent Updating Of Material

    As the business environment continues to become more dynamic it leads to regular revisions to the compliance regulations and policies. Another factor that forces changes to these regulations is the continual updating of technology, different government bodies, and regulatory organizations. For this reason, always ensure that you get the most recent compliance content as you develop your company’s compliance training course, so you are familiar with the changes to incorporate in your True Office Learning  training. Although classroom training serves the purpose, it creates an extra load on your budget for new books. That’s what makes compliance e-learning the way to go since it allows you to make changes as quickly as they are updated and making it available to learners.

    Attitude towards Compliance Training

    As a whole learners’ attitude towards compliance, learning has to change since most believe that compliance training programs are boring, dull, and irrelevant. With that in mind, you must focus on growing awareness among your teams about the significance of compliance regulations and why it is vital for learners. Additionally, the organization can incorporate e-learning scenarios that revolve around real-life incidents, scenarios, etc. This helps employees better relate to them thus bringing a sense of seriousness to understanding compliance training.     Low Motivation Levels From Employees

    Sitting in a classroom discussion and having the instructor dictating a list of Do’ and Don’ts of a compliance training does not serve to motivate employees. This method only ends up disengaging them and in turn, demotivates them. E-learning approaches like gamifying your compliance training and using a game-based learning strategy can inject an element of motivation and fun among learners. Since learners will be completing tasks, and achieve set milestones and even progress through the different challenges and earn the rewards, this approach will motivate learners to focus during the compliance e-learning

    Deciding On the Appropriate Learning Approach

    Selecting a suitable learning strategy always presents a huge challenge since each e-learning strategy will achieve a specific learning objective. So, it’s important that you study the learning objectives then carry out training needs analysis that will help you decide and implement the best learning strategies and techniques in e-learning. For instance, sometimes using an animated video for compliance training will serve the purpose rather than opting for the more expensive gamified strategy for compliance e-learning.

    Beyond The Challenges of Delivering Compliance Training

    As we close, compliance training is said to be a burden for organizations but what people don’t realize is that these regulations are critical in how businesses operate in different industries. Also, failing to motivate your employees to comply will determine whether the message sticks or is applied in an employee’s daily routine.
